well shit, archlinux.org is down, and my binaries are all fucking broken, i can’t fix them without using a stupid github mirror and not the available tooling

i talk with the motherfuckers on IRC, propose that they use a fucking CDN or at least a DNS round-robin structure, as well as figure out their network architecture so their servers don’t go eeping on me when I need to get shit done

and all they respond with is (well it was just mpan who responded)

arch was great because the community is full of shitheads who like to flaunt their knowledge, so i had access to a crap ton of documentation but later found it to be insufficient for figuring out a bunch of crap

especially the stuff surrounding systemd - systemd itself has ass documentation, but you might as well start searching the mailing list archives for answers than expecting some neckbeard to smear his shit all over your face
